Meet the Founder

Vandana Tolani is the Founder and CEO of Convanto, bringing over 25 years of experience across investment banking, venture capital, and business advisory in both international and domestic markets. Her career spans advising small, medium, and large enterprises across sectors, supporting businesses through fundraising, strategic positioning, and growth-focused capital decisions.

Vandana has worked extensively across global markets, including Singapore and Indonesia, where she advised family offices, angel investors, and portfolio companies across technology and consumer-driven sectors. After over a decade of cross-border advisory and investment experience, she returned to India to establish Convanto, applying a globally informed, execution-led approach to investment banking and capital advisory.

At Convanto, Vandana works closely with founders, promoters, and leadership teams to structure and execute fundraising strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. Her work spans sector-agnostic transactions and a wide range of deal sizes, supported by a strong global network of investors including venture capital funds, angel investors, and family offices.

She is also a Venture Advisor with an INSEAD-led Canadian venture capital fund with a globally diversified portfolio. Beyond advisory, Vandana is an active contributor to the global entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem. She regularly participates in speaker sessions, panel discussions, and moderated conversations at industry forums, conferences, universities, and corporate events, and undertakes select mentoring and advisory engagements with founders, leadership teams, and investor groups.
